Please contact The Drawing Centre Customer Service for price quotations. Defective Merchandise Any product determined to be defective will be replaced at our expense. This includes any new freight charges that might be incurred. Please contact The Drawing Centre Customer Service for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Defective merchandise must be returned within 60 days of shipment. Returns Any product ordered in error must be returned within 60 days of receipt of merchandise at the customer’s expense. All merchandise to be returned must have an RGA and be shipped freight prepaid. A 20% restocking charge applies. Items returned must be in a resalable condition. Credit may be disallowed for items not received by The Drawing Centre in a resalable condition. Converting and repackaging charges might apply. Freight Damage The Drawing Centre can assume no responsibility for damage to its product caused by the freight carrier. The Drawing Centre requests that the customer file a freight claim with the carrier for merchandise damaged by the freight company in transit. Upon receipt of goods with obvious or concealed damage, the customer should contact the carrier and request an immediate inspection. To the best of its ability, The Drawing Centre will assist the customer in forwarding any paperwork needed to help the customer file a freight claim. General Terms Availability of materials is contingent upon strikes, floods, and other causes beyond our control.
